Insurance and Acupuncture Coverage

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network acupuncture benefits, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) via email within 24 hours of your payment. You may submit this to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Please note that coverage varies by plan. Some policies may reimburse for conditions such as nausea, headaches, or musculoskeletal issues like neck, shoulder, knee, or low back pain. However, submitting a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement.

Quiet Point Acupuncture does not participate with any insurance networks. We recommend contacting your insurance provider in advance to understand your specific out-of-network coverage.

Additionally, please be advised that we are not enrolled with Medicare for acupuncture services, including treatment for low back pain. For information regarding Medicare-covered providers, please contact Medicare directly.

All payments are due prior to treatment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx, HSA, FSA, ApplePay and cash.

What if I'm going be late to my appointment, or need to cancel?

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid a charge. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any fee.

If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other patients’ appointments. Full payment will be charged for the scheduled session, regardless of a late arrival.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us provide timely care to all patients.
